It is possible to achieve a 4 years aerospace engineering university degree. But thousands of people are graduating with the same degree every year. So what makes you a qualified aerospace engineer? We will try to answer this question in this article.

Let’s thing about the whole alphabet:

There are 26 characters in English alphabet but from now on we will call this “aviation alphabet“.  Because this will lead us during our engineering life to success. Now lets array the numbers from 1 to 26:

We are going to match every number with a character from our aviation alphabet. Here we go:

K N O W L E D G E

This was for people who knows a lot about the subjects. Knowledge is never the %100 of total work, it already exists in books, you need to put something more from yourself.

H A R D     W O R K

8 1 18 4       23 15 18 11 = %98

And this was for people who studies and tries hard. Well, staying hard and dealing with something is always a good thing but still not the whole part of the real job.  Let’s see what our aviation alphabet is going to show us:

The most important thing on some one is the attitude! If you don’t have a good personal character or you are doing engineering just to earn money vice versa, then you will never achieve %100 of being a qualified aerospace engineer.

Why we need this? Why it is so important?

Here you can see our “aerospace engineer life diagram” … What we are trying to tell is: After the university life, there is a period where you are not decided yet > then you will in the first 4 years of your first job, you will work hard during that period > but after this period, there are a lot of engineers who want to do management, leadership…

In aviation industry, we need technical knowledge as well. If all the engineers go to management part, then what would we do in technical parts? Actually an experienced engineer is going to be really successful and useful in technical part but then things change.. This is the part where we need attitude! A desire for engineering, aviation.. A desire to stay in the technical part. Because attitude is a complex version of everything; loyalty, trust, behavior, desire.

Your increasing graphs will provide a rapid increase to the aviation industry as well. The world of aviation is too small, what you do can affect everything. That is the reason why we have created this aviation alphabet and the aerospace engineer life diagram to show you the importance of some milestones in our lives.
